The Anne Martin Student Presentation Award is awarded to the best student presentation at the annual WDA-A conference in recognition and support of students who undertake the study of wildlife disease. The winner is awarded $400.Students awards are available for WDA-A student members.

Winner of the 2016 Anne Martin Student Presentation Award
The adjudicators for the 2016 student presentation award were impressed by the high standard of talks. Special recognition of the exceptional presentations by Jessica Agius and Alynn Martin was made.
The 2016 award was presented to Aditi Sriram for her presentation, "Lead exposure in North Island Kaka (Nestor meridionalis septentrionalis) – prevalence, source and effects of intoxication.” She described a well-planned and thoroughly executed study of relevance to conservation. Her manner of presentation was clear, uncluttered, engaging and relaxed and she understood and answered questions concisely.
